A: Generally it is 25days for first order. It will be more less days for next.

A: Yes, we could offer the samples. But the samples fee and freight paid by clients.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept TT, LC payment. For TT, it's 30% T/T for deposit, balance against BL copy. For LC, it will be LC at sight.

Q: Do you produce the Heater Mould?
A: Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. All our heaters shell design and producing by ourselves. Our models also get the patent.

Q: Do you accept OEM for customer's brand?
A: Yes. But MOQ will be required.

Q: How about the FOC spare parts, can be offered with order?
A: Yes. We will offer 1% FOC easy broken spare parts.
